Die Gesundheitsförderungsstrategie des Gesundheitsamtes Frankfurt am Main bildet das fachliche Fundament für eine gesundheitsförderliche Stadtentwicklung und bündelt die Visionen für ein gesundes Frankfurt. Sie definiert klare Handlungsfelder und Ziele, um Prävention dort zu verankern, wo die Menschen leben, lernen und arbeiten – von der Kita bis ins hohe Alter. Durch die enge Vernetzung städtischer Akteur:innen und den Fokus auf soziale Chancengerechtigkeit zeigt die Strategie auf, wie Gesundheitsförderung als gesamtstädtische Aufgabe wirksam wird.
