Blockchain et intelligence artificielle comme leviers de performance et de confiance dans la logistique africaine : une approche intégrée appliquée aux corridors de transport

Abstract
Dans le cadre de la Zone de Libre-Échange Continentale Africaine (ZLECAF), les corridors logistiques africains demeurent pénalisés par une traçabilité insuffisante, des fraudes documentaires, une faible coordination interorganisationnelle et des coûts de transaction élevés, ce qui affecte particulièrement les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME). Ce papier analyse dans quelle mesure une digitalisation intégrée peut améliorer les performances et la confiance au sein des chaînes logistiques africaines. La méthodologie repose sur la conception d’une architecture hybride combinant la blockchain, l’intelligence artificielle et l’Internet des objets, illustrée par une étude de cas portant sur le corridor Abidjan–Lagos. Les résultats mettent en évidence des gains significatifs, notamment une réduction des délais de transit de l’ordre de 20 à 30 %, une baisse d’environ 40 % des litiges documentaires, ainsi qu’une amélioration notable de la confiance entre les acteurs. L’étude souligne ainsi l’intérêt managérial et économique d’une approche Blockchain–IA comme levier de gouvernance et de compétitivité logistique en Afrique, sous réserve d’un déploiement progressif et adapté aux contraintes infrastructurelles et énergétiques.
