La question de la socialisation des élèves vivant avec handicap, placés en situation d’éducation spécialisée constitue, à travers le monde, un problème éducatif préoccupant. Dans une démarche éducative et sociale globale, les élèves à besoins spécifiques sont soumis à un apprentissage spécialisé, en vue de leur autonomisation progressive. Les stratégies d’intervention dans un tel contexte reposent essentiellement sur la résolution des déficiences, limitations d’activités et restrictions de participation. Pour trouver leur potentielle réalisation, ces stratégies requièrent de connaître, en détail, les modalités du fonctionnement psychique de l’élève, en vue de l’élaboration d’un projet d’accompagnement individualisé ajusté à la problématique conflictuelle profonde de celui-ci. Cette connaissance est offerte, en partie, grâce à l’utilisation des outils de diagnostic fiable. C’est justement dans ce cadre que nous proposons le Rorschach, test de personnalité à efficacité clinique scientifiquement démontrée, comme une alternative pour la mise en évidence de déséquilibres, d’insuffisances et de fragilités rencontrés chez ces élèves en souffrance. L’expérience clinique menée auprès d’un élève vivant avec troubles de l’expression à l’Institut Psychopédagogique de Brazzaville en soutient la lecture.
