Cet article présente une expérience éducative intégrant un SPOC à l’approche de tutorat par les pairs dans un modèle hybride visant à préparer les futurs enseignants du primaire aux compétences numériques (TICE). Une formation en ligne via le SPOC forme les ‘experts qui viennent tutorer leurs camarades ‘novices’ lors des séances en classe sous la supervision de l'enseignant. L'objectif de l'étude est d'évaluer l'efficacité de cette approche sur quatre aspects clés : le niveau des compétences numériques, le degré d'engagement dans les activités d'apprentissage, l’usage de l'apprentissage autorégulé et la collaboration entre pairs. Pour cela, une méthodologie quasi expérimentale a été adoptée, comparant un groupe expérimental (n=26) à un groupe contrôle (n=28). Les résultats, évalués par divers instruments de mesure avant et après l'intervention, ont été analysés à l'aide d'un test t d'échantillons indépendants et d'une ANOVA à mesures répétées. Bien que les résultats ne révèlent pas de différences statistiquement significatives en ce qui concerne l'apprentissage autorégulé, les autres aspects étudiés ont montré des améliorations significatives, avec des écarts notables entre le groupe expérimental et le groupe contrôle.
