Abstract
La communauté d’apprentissage (CA), dispositif de formation continue, présente plusieurs caractéristiques d’un développement professionnel efficace. Sa dimension affective est liée aux apprentissages. Cet article décrit les émotions ressenties par des enseignantes de l’éducation préscolaire ayant participé pendant une année à une CA reconduite sur trois ans (n = 25). Les données ont été recueillies à l’aide de questionnaires, d’entrevues, de bilans de pratiques et de journaux de bord. Les résultats montrent notamment que les enseignantes ont éprouvé des émotions d’accomplissement et de résignation et permettent de formuler des pistes d’action pour les acteur.trices accompagnant les enseignant·es engagé·es dans une CA.
