Abstract
Apprendre à faire la classe en contexte de stage : un modèle en cinq expériences situées d'apprentissage Formation et profession 33(2), 2025 • ésumé Cet article présente un modèle qui définit cinq expériences situées d'apprentissage, c' est-à-dire des expériences typiques de stage qui entraînent des modifications d'habitudes de pratiques, pour des stagiaires en enseignement primaire.Pour construire ce modèle, nous avons suivi deux cohortes de stagiaires durant différents stages sur la durée de leur formation.Chaque expérience filmée a été l' objet d'un entretien d'autoconfrontation (Theureau, 2006).En convoquant le cadre sémiologique du cours d'action (Theureau, 2006), l'analyse des discours a permis de mettre en évidence les principes de validation et d'invalidation des expériences vécues et les processus de transformation de l'activité, en fonction du rapport au temps et à l'intensité du couplage structurel entre les stagiaires et les situations d' enseignement.La typologie proposée met en évidence le fait que les apprentissages des stagiaires ne suivent pas une trajectoire linéaire, mais émergent de configurations diverses.
