Abstract
Introducción: El 2018 la prematuridad en Perú era de 21.8%, cifra que supera los promedios de OMS. Los problemas en desarrollo, salud y calidad de vida son inversamente proporcionales a la edad gestacional y los programas de monitoreo del desarrollo contribuyen en una mayor sobrevivencia y prevenir complicaciones. El servicio de Rehabilitación Pediátrica del Hospital Cayetano Heredia recibe 20 prematuros diariamente y son atendidos en el programa de Atención Temprana, y el progreso neuromotor se mide con la Escala motora infantil de Alberta y la prueba Lois Bly. Objetivo general: Determinar los efectos de la atención temprana en el desarrollo motor en niños prematuros con máximo de 2 meses de edad corregida. Material y Método: Será un estudio cuantitativo, cuasiexperimental antes y después, analítico, longitudinal y prospectivo. La población de estudio son los prematuros referidos al Servicio de Rehabilitación Pediátrica, con edad corregida máximo de 2 meses que recibirán atención temprana, aplicándoseles las técnicas NDT–Bobath, Shantala y Castillo Morales. El tamaño de muestra es 107, el muestreo será no probabilístico por conveniencia por cuotas. Procedimientos y técnicas: El desarrollo motriz se medirá con Escala Motora de Alberta (AIMS) y la Escala Lois Bly y el seguimiento será por 12 meses. Se comparará los datos según sexo, edad gestacional, edad cronológica y peso al nacer, en proporciones se medirá la significancia estadística con la prueba de Chi-cuadrado y si se trata de medias con la prueba de T-Student.
