Abstract
La visión latinoamericana de la creación microempresarial tiende a ser determinante en muchos estudios realizados. La búsqueda de economías sólidas y de desarrollo regional ha llevado a los gobiernos a implementar medidas de apoyo, financiamiento y seguridad a las empresas cuya cuantía es proporcionalmente mayor dentro del total de la población empresarial. Los programas de fomento a las microempresas han sido parte de las medidas en la recuperación de algunos países latinoamericanos, mientras tanto, las entidades que se encargan de la gestión del correcto funcionamiento del mercado adquieren cada vez mayor importancia
