Abstract
Dans le monde entier, la consommation sans restriction aux boissons énergétiques a créé une préoccupation dû au changement du le comportement humain et l’affectation dans la santé chez les sportifs car des ingrédients utilisés pour sa préparation ne sont pas un aide pour la performance de chaque consommateur. Donc, nous prétendons réduire l’utilisation de ce type de boisson par la consommation d’un produit naturel base de Panela colombienne. Afin d’ouvrir une autre porte sur le marché internationale ; nous chercherons l’innovation et promotion d’une vie saine sans plus de possibles difficultés dans l´avenir au domaine sportif au Québec. Aujourd’hui, l’académie colombienne demande á chaque université la présentation d’un projet d’investigation pour la terminaison des études académiques aux étudiants professionnels. En effet, l’université ECCI compromis avec le pays, nous a donné l’opportunité de développer une recherche ou participer dans un séminaire dans lequel nous pourrons créer une stratégie de marché en langue étrangère.
