ContexteL’Observatoire de l’Intérim et du Recrutement est maître d’œuvre d’une étude commanditée par laCommission Paritaire Nationale de Santé et de Sécurité au Travail (CPNSST) de la branche du travailtemporaire.Son objet est d’identifier, dans les politiques de prévention de cinq pays étrangers, des pratiques de nature àalimenter la réflexion des partenaires sociaux de la branche en France. Les pays concernés sont : l’Allemagne,la Belgique, l’Espagne (en particulier la communauté autonome de Catalogne), le Canada (en particulier laprovince du Québec) et les Pays-Bas.DocumentsL’étude a donné lieu aux productions finales suivantes :• Allemagne, Belgique, Canada, Espagne, Pays-Bas, focus sur 21 expériences inspirantes(Cahier n°1, 64 pages)Dans ce recueil, après une rapide présentation de certaines caractéristiques du pays, 21 expériencesremarquables sont présentées sous forme de fiches.• Monographies détaillées(Cahiers n°2 à 6, 25 à 54 pages par monographie)Le secteur de l’intérim et l’organisation de la santé et de la sécurité au travail dans les pays observéssont présentés avec davantage d’informations. Ces 5 monographies, dont certains thèmesnécessiteraient d’être encore approfondis, consignent les résultats obtenus dans le temps imparti àl’étude, c’est-à-dire une année. Malgré leur hétérogénéité, les monographies apportent de précieuxrenseignements.• Bibliographie transversale(Cahier n°7, 19 pages)Elle restitue une information sur la littérature consultée durant les travaux. Les référencesbibliographiques y sont complémentaires à celles qui figurent déjà dans les monographies.
