В тази чисто критично-аналитична разработка, авторът ще дискутира по „адекватността” на финансовата отчетност у нас на „добрите” корпоративни практики. Като критерий за този анализ той формулира водещата роля на зависимостта „качество-полезност” на резултатната информация за взимането на инвестиционни решения на база данните от финансовата отчетност.
