Abstract
Entre septiembre y diciembre de 2022, la Organización No Gubernamental (ONG) INTERSOS desarrolló Actividades de Promoción de la salud (APS) dirigidas a los refugiados ucranianos en la República de Moldavia. La necesidad de aumentar la cantidad y calidad de los estudios referentes a las APS en contextos humanitarios con objeto de generar evidencia práctica en la aplicación de protocolos y guías en contextos concretos, fue identificada. Mediante este estudio retrospectivo de un caso real se han analizado las acciones realizadas en las diferentes fases y bajo el marco de las áreas estratégicas de la Carta de Ottawa identificando las debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades de las mismas con el objetivo de que puedan ser de utilidad para la implementación de programas de APS en contextos similares. La utilización de un cuestionario de Conocimientos, Actitudes y Prácticas ha permitido establecer las principales líneas temáticas de las APS, como son el acceso al sistema sanitario, salud infantil e inequidades sufridas por la población romaní. Como conclusión indicar que las principales dificultades han sido tanto decidir el momento de inicio de las APS como hacer partícipe a la comunidad. Con el fin de contribuir a disminuir las inequidades se concluye emplear un enfoque transversal que involucre a los sectores de ayuda psicosocial y protección, así como la de diversificar los servicios y prácticas de los programas. Finalmente se remarca que el nuevo contexto humanitario exige adaptar los espacios y canales de comunicación, programando un periodo de tiempo para la evaluación de la calidad del contenido.
