Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The global governance of the EU can be discussed and referred on various economic, political and social levels. However, as the largest world exporter and importer the EU has large global impact and governance role in international trade. The channels for exercising this impact are trade agreements on multilateral, bilateral and regional basis. The emergence of the new trade and economic forces brought challenges for the EU and its position on the global scene. In addition, the ongoing negotiations and communications with largest trading partners of the EU, USA and Canada are a tremendous step forward in the trade relations and arrangements of the EU. For this reasons this thesis analyzes those two big agreements and the impacts on the position and governance of the EU. On the other hand, the position and impact of the EU in Euro-Mediterranean region and in trade relations with ACP group of countries is clear and the governance impact is strongly emphasized. But, the instability in least developed countries and many conflicts that arose in the last decade have slowed down development in trade. These problems are discussed and analyzed further in the thesis with possible solutions for improving the trade structure in those regions. The new trade strategy of the EU is in the process of communicating and developing on all levels of the EU society, where one of the aims is the increase in the importance of the EU on the global market. The future of the EU is currently in the process of creation and adaptation to all the changes and challenges of the present time, but also to the ones that are yet to come.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
