Abstract
Inspiracija za navedenu temu diplomskog rada proizlazi iz osobne želje, odnosno potrebe za odlaskom u gospodarski stabilniju državu nakon završetka studija. Svakodnevno i neizbježno susretanje s demografski negativnom situacijom i trendovima u RH nužno navodi na detaljniji osvrt o ovoj aktualnoj društveno-gospodarskoj temi i ključnom problemu u državi koji dovodi do daljnjeg urušavanja ionako krhkog hrvatskog gospodarstva. Rad će se konkretno baviti iseljavanjem mladih i obrazovanih ljudi u dobi od 20-29 godina koji su svoje znanje, vještine i sposobnosti stečene u Hrvatskoj odlučili iskoristiti u nekoj drugoj zemlji. Riječ će biti o pokretljivosti i potencijalnom odlasku mladog stanovništva kroz sociodemografsku analizu osnovnih motiva emigracije. Podaci koji će biti obrađeni u radu protezat će se od 2001. godine do danas, no glavnina rada sadržavat će provedenu anketu na uzorku od 1 919 ispitanika spomenute dobne skupine. Analizom ankete dobit će se transparentniji uvid u sadašnje stanje, ali i opća prognoza demografske situacije koja nam prijeti u skorijoj budućnosti.
