Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objectives. To estimate the rate, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of neuropathic pain for patients with chronic rheumatic diseases and evaluate influence of inflammatory pain duration in the generation of neurophatic pain. Methods. After approval of the protocol in Bioethical center of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LUHS), 69 patients with chronic pain (> 6 months) from 2 Rheumatology departments (LUHS hospital Kauno klinikos and Kaunas hospital) signed informed consent and participated in the study since 2011 09 till 2012 01. Each patient completed questionnaires about sociodemographic data, duration and features of rheumatic diseases and pain parameters; in the 4 projection body scheme patients marked exact pain localisation, lithuanian versions of DN4, Short form - 2 of McGill questionnaire (SF-MPQ-2) and number rating scale (NRS) were used for neurophatic pain screening and pain intensity measurement; HADS (Hospital anxiety and depression scale) were used to assess patients mental state. Data analysis was accomplished using statistic packet SPSS 16.0. Data was considered statisticaly significant, then p<0,05. Spearman's rank correlation was used to measure relationnships between variables. Results. 40 women (67,8%) and 19 men (32,2%) (average age 58±16.8 year) participated in the study. 59,4% participants had diagnosed arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondiloarthritis), 13,6% - sistemic diseases (scleroderma, systemic lupus ... Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
