Abstract
Sportske luke u svojoj zamisli trebale su predstavljati oblik gospodarenja pomorskim dobrom koji u široj zajednici promiče sport i rekreaciju. Kao luke posebne namjene uređene su brojnim propisima koji nemaju na umu praktične probleme s kojima se susreću upravitelji takvih luka. Problem nedorečenih propisa ima za posljedicu zaobilaženje pravila od strane upravitelja sportskih luka, ali i različita i oprečna tumačenja od strane tijela koja nadziru rad djelovanja sportskih luka.
