Abstract
四川英杰电气股份有限公司（以下简称“英杰”，股票代码：300820）是面向多个行业的工业电源设计及制造企业。本案例描述了公司创建30年的组织发展历程，特别描述了研发和销售这两个核心业务部门的组织和人才管理挑战。 英杰创办于1993年，最初是四川德阳的一家校办企业，经过多年努力，逐步积累自主研发和技术创新能力，并在工业电源的进口替代方面建立了自己的品牌效应，产品多为技术复杂度较高的定制化产品。 截至2023年6月，英杰已经拥有12个技术平台，7个分、子公司，业务面向40多个行业，并且已向充电桩、储能、专用于LED外延片生产设备的编程直流电源等领域拓展。随着业务的拓展，英杰面临着组织变革和随之而来的人才管理挑战，集中体现在缺乏技术研发和销售方面的人才，以及能够洞察市场、带兵打仗的将才。如何解决这一系列人才难题呢？创始人王军及其管理团队在苦苦寻觅解决之道。
