Abstract
2018年，元隆雅图成功成为2022年北京冬奥会的特许生产商和零售商，获得三个热门品类的生产资质。元隆雅图作为国内礼赠品行业的龙头企业，具备强大的设计、供应链和渠道资源。此外，在收购谦玛网络之后，公司还具备了提供多媒体营销服务的能力。2021年年底，随着冬奥会开幕的渐渐临近，元隆雅图董事长孙震感受到了一些压力。自冬奥吉祥物发布以来，市场的反馈一直不温不火。冬奥会开幕正值春节假期，有很多工人回家过年。元隆雅图需要在假期之前做好最后一次生产规划，但市场的需求是不确定的。 如果开幕后市场需求暴增，元隆雅图的产能没有跟上就会错过创造“爆款”的机会。如果开幕后市场依旧冷淡，就有可能带来一定的库存压力。元隆雅图是否应该追加投入？应该如何制定营销计划？又应该如何管理“爆款”项目执行中的风险，实现收益最大化呢？
