Abstract
乡村旅游业近些年发展很快，除了给游客带来别样的旅游体验，还大大改善了当地村民的收入。但与此同时，不少乡村也出现了旅游产品同质化、“千村一面”的情况，不但经济效益不高，还破坏了生态环境。乡村旅游的发展模式亟待突破。 本案例描述了黄山小住一下文化旅游发展有限公司创始人魏涛，扎根安徽塔川村发展乡村旅游的历程。魏涛希望能借鉴发达国家乡村旅游业的经验，升级旅游项目，发展乡村度假产业。凭借着自己对乡村的了解和在新西兰留学的经历，魏涛决定探索一条乡村旅游的整合发展模式。乡村旅游背后牵扯到当地村民、村集体、政府机构、外来的投资人，以及旅游经营者，如何将这些资源更好地整合起来，深化塔川旅游的价值？自己能扮演好这个整合者的角色吗？魏涛正在努力尝试。
