Abstract
本案例介绍了中型企业勤拓制衣的可持续性发展探索。勤拓为世界知名的服装品牌代工，也具备一定的设计能力。2018年起，创办人尤红言觉察到可持续时尚的大趋势，推动企业向可持续发展战略转型，并促使产业链上下游的合作企业践行同样的理念。 与此同时，尤红言启动了供应链管理的数字化转型，以及自创品牌的尝试，以加强可持续性能力建设，和丰富可持续性的实践。 勤拓的可持续发展转型获得阶段性成功，得到社会和行业的认可，但是在2020年，受到内外双重挑战：从内部看，勤拓以可持续发展价值观筛选客户，出现了一个自我设限的发展瓶颈；从外部看，新型冠状病毒引发的肺炎疫情在全球爆发，原料端、市场端都出现了不利局面。 尤红言不得不接受可持续性材料使用率倒退的事实，也尝试通过创立“绿色”品牌来开辟可持续发展的新战场，可是这个新领域充满了不确定性，从行业看，日益多样化的可持续时尚商业模式，使勤拓面临着更多的选择和挑战。
