Abstract
本案例描述了天然工坊社交电商模式的形成过程，在此过程中CSR（Corporate-Social-Responsibility，即企业社会责任）所发挥的作用，模式运营3年多的阶段性成果和所面临的问题。2018年天然工坊获得营收超过6亿元，2019年1月获得累计购买用户近600万人、关注用户2700多万人。在取得这些成绩的同时，天然工坊也面临着模式危机，一方面，其社交电商分销模式面临着政策风险；另一方面，也是更为紧迫的是，它在拉新（用户）上出现了增长瓶颈。如何化解这些模式危机成了天然工坊创始人CEO苏路江不得不慎重考虑的问题。
