2013年4月23日，学而思发布了2013财年财报1，财报显示2013财年，学而思实现净营收2.259亿美元，同比增长27.3%；营业利润3140万美元，同比增长49.4%。值得关注的是，学而思的收入中，线上业务（学而思网校 www.xueersi.com）的营收占比从2.7%左右提高到3.2%，增长速度与并不低于学而思整体增长率，但是学而思创始人、CEO张邦鑫先生还是表示了对线上业务的忧虑：线上业务没有实现互联网式的爆发性增长，是否因为线上产品不能满足用户的需求，应该在哪些方向上取得创新突破？学而思在线下通过口碑营销大获成功，复制到线上业务却没有获得预期的效果，在营销方法上又需要哪些创新？
