VOLEYBOLCU OLAN VE OLMAYANLARDA, OMURGA YAPI VE MOBİLİTESİ, KOR ENDURANSI, SKAPULAR DİSKİNEZİ VE ÜST EKSTREMİTE FONKSİYONUNUN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract
Giriş-Amaç: Uzun süreli yoğun ve tekrarlı asimetrik yüklenmeler, omuz kuşağı ve omurgada asimetrik eğim ve hareket paternleri ile kas kuvvet dengesizliğine ve zayıflığına ve enduransta azalmalara neden olabilmektedir. Özel ikle skapula biyomekaniklerinin bozulması sportif performansı negatif yönde etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada amaç, voleybolcu olan ve olmayan bireylerde omurga yapı ve mobilitesi, kor enduransı, skapular diskinezi ve üst ekstremite fonskiyonlarının karşılaştırılmasıdır. Materyal- Metod: 27 elit düzey voleybolcu (ortanca yaş: 23,00 (20,00-32,00) yıl) ve 27 yaş ve beden kitle indeksi uyumlu kontrol grubu (ortanca yaş: 24,00 (21,00-29,00) yıl) dahil edildi. Omurga yapı ve mobilitesi Valedo Shape cihazı ile, kor kas endurans McGill Kor Endurans Testi ile, skapular hareketlilik ve diskinezi Lateral Skapular Slide Testi ile, üst ekstremite denge fonksiyonu Y Denge Testi ile, üst ekstremite stabilitesi Kapalı Kinetik Zincir Üst Ekstremite Stabilite Testi ile ve üst ekstremite patlayıcı gücü Sağlık Topu Fırlatma Testi ile değerlendirildi. Verilerin normal dağılım gösterip göstermedikleri, Shapiro Wilk testi ile incelendi. Grupların karşılaştırılmasında Mann Whitney U testi kul anıldı. İstatistiksel anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak kabul edildi. Bulgular: Voleybolcu grubun, kontrol grubuna göre sağ ve sol taraf skapular slide test değerleri, göğüs hizasından fırlatma mesafelerinin daha düşük, ekstansiyon ve lateral pozisyonlardaki gövde enduransı ile üst ekstremite inferiolateral dengelerinin ve üst ekstremite stabilitelerinin daha yüksek olduğu görüldü (p<0,05). Sagital düzlemde spinal inklinasyon açıları kontrol grubunda daha yüksek olup (p<0,05); torakal, lumbal, sakral açıların gruplar arasında benzer olduğu (p>0,05) görüldü. Sagital düzlemde mobilitede ise anlamlı bir fark bulunamadı (p>0,05). Sonuç: Voleybolcu grubun, kontrol grubuna göre spinal inklinasyon açıları, skapular diskinezileri, göğüs hizasından fırlatma yetenekleri daha düşük ancak üst ekstremite dengesi, üst ekstremite stabilitesi ve gövde kor kas enduransları daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Voleybolcularda kinetik zincirin tüm bölümlerindeki biyomekanik dizilim ve mobilitenin rutin olarak değerlendirilmesinin önemli olduğunu düşünmekteyiz.
