阳光电源由光伏逆变器起家，业务逐步拓展至其他清洁电源设备和电站解决方案。随着降碳成为社会共识，可再生能源相关行业迅猛发展，阳光电源股价却经历了大起大落。2021年公司营业收入达241亿元，同比增长25%，但归母利润却下降了19%，为15.8亿元，这一经营业绩出乎市场预料。 阳光电源创始人、董事长曹仁贤把业绩不达预期归因于电站业务。由于上游硅料价格大幅上涨，并传导至整个光伏产业链，硅片、电池片、组件各环节价格均有不同程度上涨，受涨价因素影响，一些项目装机时间延后。 电站开发是高度系统集成性业务，为了提高竞争力，阳光电源是否有必要向光伏产业链上游延伸，控制硅料和组件？还是收缩电站业务，专注做好部件供应商？很多上游部件企业也开始向电站开发和运维服务延伸，阳光电源应该与他们保持合作还是竞争？
