Abstract
ЦЕЛ, ЗАДАЧИ, ХИПОТЕЗИ. ЦЕЛ: Целта на настоящето проучване е да се сравни и проучи ефективността на компютъризирани спрямо конвенционални лечебни упражнения в България, като се установи тяхната оптимална честота, интензивност и продължи-телност в ранната рехабилитация при пациенти след артропластика на тазо-бедрената става. ЗАДАЧИ: За постигане на целта си поставихме следните задачи: – Да се сравни ефективността на компютъризираните спрямо конвен-ционалните упражнения в ранната рехабилитация при пациенти след артропластика на ТБС чрез сравнителен анализ на резултатите от мануално мускулно тестуване (ММТ), ъглометрия, Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index, Harrison hip score test и тестове за походка, тъй като липсват аналогични проучвания в България. – Да се установи оптималната честота, продължителност и интензивност на компютъризираните и конвенционалните лечебни упражнения в ранната рехабилитация при пациенти след артропластика на тазобедрената става, тъй като липсват международни проучвания върху тези най-важни кинезитерапевтични параметри. ХИПОТЕЗИ: – Компютъризираните и конвенционалните лечебни упражнения имат съизмерим положителен ефект в ранния етап на рехабилитацията при пациенти след артропластика на ТБС. – С нарастване на честотата, продължителността и интензивността на компютъризираните и конвенционалните лечебни упражнения, нараства и тяхната ефективност.
