CERRAHİ AĞRI DENEYİMİ OLMAYAN HASTALARIN AMELİYAT SONRASI AĞRI İNANÇLARI

Abstract
Bu çalışma farklı cerrahi kliniklerde ameliyat amacı ile yatışı yapılan hastaların, ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası ağrı inançlarını belirlemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri, 11 Şubat- 31 Mart 2019 tarihleri arasında Ankara Şehir Hastanesi’nin, Genel Cerrahi, Kalp Damar Cerrahisi, Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji ve Üroloji Kliniklerinde 377 hastadan toplanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında, Veri Toplama Formu, Vizüel Analog Skalası, Ağrı İnançları Ölçeği ve Mcgill Ağrı Ölçeği Kısa Formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, SPSS (IBM SPSS Statistics 24) paket programı kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan hastaların ameliyat sonrası organik inançlar alt boyut puanları, ameliyat öncesi puanlara göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde daha yüksek saptanmıştır (Z=-5.877; p=0.000). Hastaların ameliyattan önce, ağrının fizyolojik, fizyopatolojik ve psikolojik nedenlere bağlı olarak ortaya çıktığı düşüncelerinin, ameliyattan sonra da değişmediği ve bu düşüncenin güçlendiği tespit edilmiştir. Hastaların ameliyat sonrası Visüel Analog Skala puanı (5,63±2,96) ameliyat öncesi Visüel Analog Skala puanına (4,52±3,13) göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde (p=0,000) yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Ortopedi kliniğinde yatan hastaların ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası Visüel Analog Skala puanları, diğer kliniklerde yatan hastalara göre yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. McGill Ağrı Ölçeği Kısa Formuna göre hastaların %48.8’inin şiddetli ağrısı olduğu ve bu ağrının da çoğunlukla (%28.3) zonklama tipinde olduğu beli
