Abstract
Ovaj rad obrađuje pojam ozljede na radu i njezin utjecaj na radnopravni status, zdravstvena i mirovinska prava radnika u hrvatskom pravnom sustavu. U uvodnom dijelu definira se pojam ozljede na radu te razlika u odnosu na profesionalnu bolest. Slijedi analiza pravnog okvira koji obuhvaća Ustav Republike Hrvatske, Zakon o radu, Zakon o zaštiti na radu, Zakon o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju, Zakon o mirovinskom osiguranju, relevantne podzakonske akte, kao i pravo Europske unije te međunarodne standarde Međunarodne organizacije rada. Posebna se pozornost posvećuje obvezama poslodavca u osiguravanju sigurnih uvjeta rada, postupku prijave i priznavanja ozljede na radu pred HZZO-om te pravnim posljedicama priznavanja ozljede na radni odnos, uključujući pravo na naknadu plaće, zaštitu radnog mjesta, povratak na rad i prilagodbu radnog mjesta. Nadalje se razmatraju prava radnika iz sustava obveznog zdravstvenog i mirovinskog osiguranja, poput invalidske i obiteljske mirovine, profesionalne rehabilitacije i naknade zbog tjelesnog oštećenja. Ukratko se obrađuju i obveznopravni te kaznenopravni aspekti odgovornosti poslodavca. U završnom dijelu rada daje se kritički osvrt na postojeći sustav, uz preporuke za unaprjeđenje prevencije, nadzora i pravne zaštite radnika.
