En la actualidad la oferta de servicios de seguridad y vigilancia es amplia en general, sin embargo en nuestro país hay algunas empresas que están ligadas a ofrecer servicios que previamente están establecidos y no tienen ningún atributo diferenciador con las demás. La SuperVigilancia como organismo del orden nacional considera los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada contribuyen a garantizar la confianza pública, la seguridad ciudadana, la armonía social y la convivencia, es por eso que desarrolla mecanismos que promuevan la calidad, responsabilidad, respeto y compromiso para el cumplimiento de los fines del Estado. Por tal motivo, en el presente trabajo queremos expones, cual es el modo de operación de ésta empresa seleccionada Toronto de Colombia Ltda., dar a conocer los servicios que ofrece y mostrar una propuesta de construcción de marca para el servicio seleccionado, basados en la aplicación de los temas desarrollados en cada módulo a lo largo del presente seminario. Analizaremos, su orientación empresarial, su modelo o tipo de servicio, propuesta de estrategia y cuáles serían las mejores decisiones respecto a esta información para que la empresa logre posicionarse en el mercado y se logre el concepto de campaña total.
