Abstract
本案例主要介绍了青岛酷特智能股份有限公司（简称“酷特智能”，原“青岛红领集团有限公司”）在实现从大规模工业生产到大规模个性化定制的战略转型之后对“打造C2M（Customer to Manufactory）商业生态圈”的战略执行与落地尝试。2015年，酷特智能推出魔幻工厂，以探索面向消费者的自主个性化定制品牌，但是并没有取得预想的效果，因而在2016年下半年将所有魔幻工厂的线下门店关闭。在总结经验之后，酷特智能推出“酷特云蓝”——作为企业个性化定制的自主品牌，同时也寄托着酷特智能创始人张代理将企业传承给女儿张蕴蓝的期望。为了使女儿顺利接班，即将身退的张代理推出了酷特云蓝“治理之道”，进行了一系列的组织变革，同时他相信这套治理体系能够保证其他行业的企业成功实现个性化定制转型和企业的传承。 面向未来，酷特智能应当像张蕴蓝规划的那样先聚焦服装行业将C2M的平台做大做强，还是像张代理描绘的那样向其他行业渗透，将C2M智能工厂解决方案复制到其他产业？打造世界第一服装品牌的战略与其打造平台生态圈的战略又当如何共融呢？酷特云蓝“治理之道”是张蕴蓝践行C2M商业生态战略、成功带领企业走向未来的那把“钥匙”吗？
