Abstract
Nepaisant didėjančio domėjimosi gyvenimo kokybės (GK) tyrimais medicinoje, Lietuvoje obstrukcinės miego apnėjos sindromu (OMAS) sergančių bei knarkiančių ligonių gyvenimo kokybė yra beveik netyrinėta. W. Flemons ir M. Reimer 1993 m. sukurtas Kalgario miego apnėjos gyvenimo kokybės indekso (MAGKI) klausimynas yra specifinis OMAS ligonių GK tyrimo instrumentas. Remiantis tarptautinėmis rekomendacijomis, atlikta lietuviškojo MAGKI klausimyno kalbinė bei kultūrinė adaptacija ir patikrintos MAGKI klausimyno psichometrinės savybės. Nustatytas labai stiprus klausimyno stabilumas kartojant tyrimus bei stiprus vidinis nuoseklumas leidžia teigti, jog lietuviškoji Kalgario miego apnėjos gyvenimo kokybės indekso klausimyno versija tinkama tirti knarkiančių ir obstrukcinės miego apnėjos sindromu sergančių ligonių gyvenimo kokybę.
