Abstract
互联网、大数据、大众创新正在推动中国企业转型升级。如何通过创新思维、互联网及其他新兴技术重塑商业模式，并通过流程创新支撑商业模式创新，为客户提供更有价值的服务，是当下企业生存与发展的关键问题。《BR》在此背景下，“网络环境下的服务创新与服务设计”研究团队在国家自然科学基金重大项目的资助下，通过与以中国移动、腾讯、平安银行、*为代表的30余家企业的深入合作，系统研究了基于网络平台企业的发展路径、商业模式创新的关键要素、合作机制及关系治理、流程创新如何支持商业模式创新等问题。
