本案例立足于国内迅速发展的餐饮业，聚焦复合调味品赛道，描述了重庆聚慧食品有限公司（以下简称“聚慧”）采用定制化模式，通过为连锁餐厅企业客户提供有针对性的既稳定又具个性化的复合调味品产品，在全国范围内开展火锅底料B端定制化解决方案的商业模式，且当定制客户与定制化产品数量不断扩大时，聚慧面对制约企业发展的因素，又是如何调整其商业模式，平衡大、中、小型B端客户，开展差异化发展战略的全过程。经过十年的高速发展和积累沉淀，庞大的产品品类需求数量对聚慧的生产效率、产能提升、配套资源的利用、内部管理提出了更高的要求。面对一系列的问题，聚慧未来如何才能保持持续性增长是一项艰巨的任务。
