Abstract
本案例从两个层级描述了微信的商业生态系统：一是作为腾讯生态圈之一部分的微信生态圈，考察微信生态圈的外部关系；二是微信生态圈内部的合作伙伴，考察微信生态圈的内部关系。微信生态圈既保持了一定的渗透性，使内外部可以发生能力交换、资源共享、价值流动，又保持了一定的封闭性，使微信生态圈的独立性和独特性得以成立，使更合适微信生态圈的合作伙伴生长于其中。 从微信生态圈的外部看，微信生而肩负着腾讯的“开放”和“共享”战略的使命，以避免腾讯在QQ时代被广泛指责的垄断及由此带来的损害，微信生态圈在围绕着腾讯生态圈公转的同时，也在自转，两个生态圈在运转中相互赋能、同步壮大；从微信生态圈的内部看，微信通过产品设计、能力开放、资源导入、规则制定等方式，为圈内核心企业、用户、分发渠道、供应商、乃至竞争者等规划出合适的生态位，使之各归其位，引导资金、信息、流量等在新的价值网络上有序流动，通过价值兑现、利益交换实现自生、互生、共生。 为解决C端流量见顶的问题，2017年起，微信生态圈中开始TO B战略，但是，B端很快重蹈C端覆辙：流量越来越向头部企业集中。如何保持整个生态的创新性和它不断发展的平衡性，是微信的主要难题。
