Abstract
Bölgelerin, iklimlerini oluşturan iklim elemanlarından biri olan yüzey nemi küresel iklim değişikliğinin bir sonucu olarak zamansal ve mekânsal değişime uğramaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’deki yüzey nemi değerlerinin uzun vadeli bölgesel trendleri çıkarılmış olup, bu trendlerin anlamlılıkları istatistiksel olarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada öncelikle yüzey nemindeki değişimin iklim değişikliğindeki önemi ve diğer iklim elemanları ile ilişkileri anlatılmıştır. Dünya genelinde yüzey neminin zamansal trendleri, nem ile ilgili yapılan bilimsel çalışmalar aracılığıyla sunulmuştur. Türkiye’nin yüzey nem trendleri de 92 istasyonun son 30 yıldaki (1989-2018 arası) günlük bağıl nem ve hesaplanan özgül nem değerleri kullanılarak her bölge için mevsimsel olarak incelenmiştir. İstasyonlardaki bağıl nem değerleri genellikle tüm mevsimlerde azalma eğilimi göstermektedir. Azalma trendinin en düşük olduğu bölgeler Karadeniz ve Marmara Bölgeleri olup; en fazla olduğu bölgeler ise Akdeniz, Güneydoğu Anadolu ve İç Anadolu Bölgeleridir. En büyük düşüş yaz mevsimi boyunca on yılda %4.41 ile Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi’nde görülmüştür. İstasyonlardaki özgül nem değerlerinin ise özellikle kış mevsiminde artış eğiliminde olduğu görülmektedir. Marmara, Ege ve Karadeniz Bölgelerinde tüm mevsimlerde özgül nem değerleri artış eğilimdedir. Özgül nemdeki değişimler periyot boyunca tüm bölgelerde bağıl nemdeki kadar keskin değildir.
