Abstract
“打造全球化照明企业，成为中国照明领袖品牌”是欧普照明的宏伟愿景，至 2012 年9 月30 日，欧普照明已占有中国照明市场3%-5%的份额。然而，随着LED技术日益普及，全球照明行业格局正经历着巨大的变革，这对快速发展的欧普照明的企业体系和内部组织都带来了新的挑战。欧普总裁周女士，面对欧普的未来，陷入了一个两难境地——欧普是应该右弯（个性化导向的多样产品与设计延伸）——“更加注重家庭用户的多样需求并积极发展渠道引导消费的能力”，还是应该左弯（以批量生产为基础的标准化定位）——“利用与继续发展自身已有的大规模制造能力并注重开发户外、工业、商业等大用户”。围绕了这个抉择，本案例对照明产业的价值链与市场细分进行了剖析，针对欧普的优势，提出了欧普未来的战略选择的考虑。
