Abstract
本书以供应链视角审视零售行业的变革,剖析传统零售供应链的问题与挑战;提出数字时代对供应链管理能力的新要求,讨论如何通过数字技术和大数据分析进行供应链的优化与创新,以及如何通过流程再造来设计和实施全渠道供应链;通过案例演示如何通过消费互联网与工业互联网融合,形成消费者与制造商直接链接的C2M模式。 本书还描述了在新冠肺炎疫情冲击下零售供应链的挑战及一些企业的创新实践,并提出3R供应链的概念及打造3R供应链的建议。
