Abstract
Buku ajar berjudul ASI dan MPASI: Strategi Pencegahan Stunting dari Perspektif Kebidanan merupakan buku panduan yang membahas pentingnya pemberian air susu ibu secara eksklusif dan pemberian makanan pendamping yang tepat dalam mendukung pertumbuhan anak secara optimal. Buku ini ditujukan untuk masyarakat umum, terutama ibu, ayah, keluarga besar, kader kesehatan, dan siapa saja yang terlibat dalam pengasuhan anak. Di dalamnya dibahas waktu yang tepat memulai ASI, tanda bayi cukup mendapat asupan, hingga cara menyusun menu MPASI yang bergizi dan terjangkau. Dengan bahasa yang sederhana dan pembahasan yang menyentuh kehidupan sehari-hari, buku ini mengajak pembaca untuk menjadi bagian dari solusi dalam pencegahan stunting melalui pola makan sehat, kasih sayang, dan dukungan lingkungan yang baik sejak masa awal kehidupan anak.
