Zaposlenost žena u Hrvatskoj od 1950-ih do danas: dugoročna analiza promjena u obrazovanju, sektorima i plaćama

Abstract
Zaposlenost žena u suvremenim društvima predstavlja važan pokazatelj razine rodne ravnopravnosti, ekonomskog razvoja i demografskih trendova. Ovaj rad istražuje dugoročne promjene u obrazovnoj i sektorskoj strukturi zaposlenih žena u Hrvatskoj, s naglaskom na razdoblje od 1950-ih godina do danas. Korištenjem kombinacije statističke analize i pregleda relevantne literature, analiziraju se obrasci sudjelovanja žena u tržištu rada, razlike u plaćama, mogućnosti napredovanja te dostupnost institucionalne podrške. Posebna pažnja posvećena je prisutnosti horizontalne i vertikalne segregacije, koncentraciji žena u javnim i uslužnim sektorima, kao i izazovima povezanim s usklađivanjem profesionalnog i obiteljskog života. Iako su žene danas visoko obrazovane i sve prisutnije na tržištu rada, kvalitativni pokazatelji upućuju na trajne nejednakosti u pristupu moći, resursima i profesionalnoj mobilnosti. Rad također razmatra učinke mjera aktivne politike zapošljavanja, programa samozapošljavanja i podrške ženskom poduzetništvu, te ističe potrebu za sveobuhvatnim pristupom koji uključuje promjene u obrazovanju, zapošljavanju, socijalnoj politici i kulturnim normama. Zaključno, postizanje stvarne ravnopravnosti zahtijeva koordinirane i dugoročne promjene na institucionalnoj, tržišnoj i društvenoj razini.
