Abstract
Biotectura es un campus dedicado al estudio de la jardinería y la botánica. Se trata de una ampliación de las actuales infraestructuras del Vivero Municipal, donde se imparten cursos para trabajar en los departamentos de jardinería del ayuntamiento. Se pretende dotar de unas instalaciones que atraiga un público variado, con un hobbie común, la jardinería. El concepto general gira en torno al cultivo. Predominan las zonas verdes y los espacios abiertos. Se puede considerar un proyecto urbanístico, dejando la construcción en un segundo plano, correspondientes a aquellos servicio que complementen la actividad práctica de cultivo, como aulas, vestuarios y almacenes. El proyecto se compone de dos plantas. En la planta baja se distribuyen todos los servicios de educación, comercio y administración. Todos los espacios estarán conectados y protegidos por una envolvente, la cubierta. En planta primera se transmite una vista de espacio rural, dedicándola en su totalidad al cultivo. Se plantea como un espacio diáfano, donde asomen las copas de los árboles de planta baja y existan perforaciones, que coincidan con los patios inferiores, que delimiten los espacios de cultivo.
