U različitim zemljama primjenjuju se različiti programi za razvoj mladih tenisača/ica do 12 godina. Na svjetskoj razni najpoznatija su tri programa: ITF Play and Stay, Tennis Canada i USTA program. Svaki od navedenih programa izuzetno je kvalitetan međutim problem je da nitko do sada nije usporedio navedene programe niti naveo njihove sličnosti, razlike te prednosti i nedostatke istih. Iz navedenog razloga upravo će to biti cilj ovoga rada.
