Abstract
20. Yüzyılın İlk Çeyreğinde Erzincan'da Sağlık Hizmetleri alanında önemli gelişmeler olmuştur. Bu gelişmelerin arasında iki önemli müessese faaliyet göstermiştir. Bunlardan ilki Erzincan Askeri Hastanesidir. İkincisi ise “Erzincan Serum Dar-ül İstihzarı” Erzincan Serumevi adında kurulan sağlık müessesesidir. Her iki kurum Erzincan’da 20. Yüzyılın başların sağlık alanında fevkalade önemli işler görmüştü. Çalışmamızda 20. Yüzyıllın başlarında Erzincan’da sağlık alanında gelişmeler hakkında bilgi verilmeye çalışılarak özellikle Erzincan Askeri Hastanesi ve ‘’Erzincan Serum Dar-ül İstihzarı’’ Erzincan Serumevi müesseseleri hakkında bir farkındalık oluşturmaktır. Tarih ilmi sadece tarihi verileri gün yüzüne çıkarmak değildir, aynı zamanda ortaya koyduğu tarihi verilerden yararlanarak günümüz ile alakalı uygulamalara zemin hazırlamaktır. Bu nokta da şehir iktisadı uygulamalarında Erzincan şehri tarafımıza önemli tarihi veriler sunmaktadır.
