Abstract
本案例主要介绍了开能健康科技集团有限公司（简称“开能”）在面临污水排放不达标时，考虑到自身的主营业务为净水，因此不计成本投入建造全水回用系统，自2013年起实现了污水零排放，甚至“负排放”。全水回用系统的建造极大丰富了开能园区的自然环境，也为后来工业旅游项目的开设奠定了基础。开能坚持不在工业旅游项目中宣传或推广产品，而是向游客推广健康相关理念。随着时间的推移，开能也衍生出多项活动作为旅游的配套或拓展，壮大工业旅游项目。 与此同时，开能也经历了管理层与公司战略上的一系列变动。2014年，创始人瞿建国卸任董事长后，没有选择由儿子瞿亚明接班，而是引进了职业经理人。但职业经理人制定的新战略与开能并不兼容，因此于2020年终止了合作。瞿亚明也在充分观察和学习后，正式接班，重新梳理开能的发展。 2021年，开能的净水业务在海外市场节节攀升，使得开能的销售和盈利均实现飞速增长。瞿亚明在思考是否推动开能一直引以为傲的工业旅游项目进一步发展，与此同时，他也在考虑这样的投入是否值得，工业旅游项目对于整个集团来说定位应该是什么？
