Abstract
本案例主要介绍了方太集团（简称“方太”）引入中华优秀传统文化并与西方管理学理论相结合，用独特的企业文化驱动成长。自1996年创立至今，方太非常重视企业文化，并在持续地学习和探索中升级企业文化。在经过四个主要发展阶段后形成了“中学明道，西学优术，中西合璧，以道御术”这套具有中国特色的文化体系。自此，方太文化有效地指导方太的运营，推动其发展。内部管理中，方太以“仁爱之心”关爱员工，推动物质和精神共成长；业务发展上，方太提倡“文化即业务”，以顾客的幸福生活作为业务的目标和发展初心。 2017年，方太销售额突破百亿元，成为厨电领域首家销售过亿的企业。随后，方太董事长兼总裁茅忠群升级了企业使命——“为了亿万家庭的幸福”，并立下了新的目标——到2030年前后成为一家千亿级的伟大企业。作为方太文化催生出的使命和目标，茅忠群相信方太文化将是方太在新时期发展的主要驱动力。 然而，尽管经过了长期地探索和不断地调整，方太文化还是存在着一些问题或争议。首先，方太是否应该将文化纳入绩效考核进一步推动文化落地？其次，作为文化落地重要体现的“身股制”过去和将来的具体作用如何？最重要的是，面向未来，方太引以为傲的文化体系将如何推动千亿级伟大企业这一目标的实现，并帮助方太走向国际？
