Abstract
2019年，创建31年的西贝依靠与利益相关者共享价值的商道，稳坐中式餐饮的头部位置。西贝创始人、董事长贾国龙说，与利益相关者共享价值，不是因为他本人或者西贝有多高尚，而是出于商业目的，为了从这些价值中获得更大的价值回报，从而把西贝打造成一家与全球餐饮巨头相比肩的企业。31年来，西贝已经用这个商道建起了良性的价值循环，西贝竞争力也因此得到不断提升。发展到2019年6月底，西贝已在全国56个城市开了350家店。未来，西贝要将店开遍全球，而贾国龙也意识到，在更大市场中应用共享价值的商道挑战极大，因为这将考验他和西贝在更大市场上对价值的收放能力，把价值或利放出去后，如果反哺价值收不回来，这个商道就要失败。那么，在更大的市场上，他将如何才能收放自如呢？
