Abstract
Bilindiği üzere mezar taşı kitabeleri tek tek incelendiklerinde ait oldukları kimselere,<br />toplu olarak değerlendirildiklerinde ise ait oldukları şehir veya bölgenin sosyal hayatına dair bize pek çok ipucu verirler.<br />Mezar taşı kitabeleri manzum veya mensur olabilirler, manzum olmaları halinde<br />edebî bir öneme de sahiptirler. Aynı zamanda yapıldıkları devrin zevkine göre işlenmiş<br />süslemeleri ve hat sanatının birer numunesi olan yazılarından dolayı sanat tarihi açısından da önemli birer kaynaktırlar.<br />Bütün bu özellikleriyle mezar taşı kitabeleri, edebiyat tarihi, sanat tarihi, şehir tarihi<br />ve şehir kültürü araştırmaları için vazgeçilmez birer kaynaktırlar, dolayısıyla bütün bu<br />yönleri açısından sistematik olarak ve dikkatle incelenmelidirler.<br />Bektâşî mezar taşları üzerine yapılan yayınlarda genellikle bu taşlar sanat tarihi açısından taşıdıkları süsleme ve semboller yönüyle değerlendirilmişler, kitabelerin dili ve muhtevasının Bektâşî inanç ve geleneklerini ne şekilde yansıttığı üzerinde hiç<br />durulmamıştır.<br />Bu çerçevede tebliğimizde Bektâşî mezar taşları üzerine yapılmış yayınlar genel bir<br />değerlendirmeye tabi tutularak Bektâşî mezar taşı kitabelerinin muhteva itibarıyla diğer<br />mezar taşlarına göre gösterdiği farklı özellikler belirlenecek, Bektâşî inanç ve gelenekleri çerçevesinde nasıl şekillendikleri ortaya konmaya çalışılacaktır.
