Tikslas - nustatyti jauno amžiaus raitelių liemens raumenų ištvermės, stabilumo ir nugaros skaumo sąsajas. Uždaviniai: 1. Įvertinti jauno amžiaus moterų ir vyrų raitelių juosmens-kryžmens nugaros dalies skausmo intensyvumą. 2. Įvertinti jauno amžiaus moterų ir vyrų raitelių liemens raumenų ištvermę. 3. Nustatyti jauno amžiaus moterų ir vyrų raitelių liemens stabilumą. 4. Nustatyti sąsajas tarp jauno amžiaus moterų ir vyrų raitelių liemens raumenų ištvermės, stabilumo ir nugaros skausmo intensyvumo. Tyrimo dalyviai: tyrimui buvo atrinkta 40 raitelių (18-35 metų), jie suskirstyti į dvi grupes: moterys ir vyrai. Raitelių (vyrai ir moterys) įtraukimo kriterijai: sportuoti bent 5 ir daugiau kartų per savaitę, būti besitreniruojantys daugiau nei 3 metus, neturėti ūmių traumų vienerių metų laikotarpyje, jausti lėtinį ar poūmį skausmą juosmens-kryžmens srityje. Raitelių (moterų ir vyrų) atmetimo kriterijai: negalėjo atlikti testavimo dėl paūmėjusio skausmo testavimo metu. Tyrimo metodika: 1. Skausmo intensyvumo vertinimas juosmens-kryžmens nugaros srityje naudojant vizualinę analoginę skausmo skalę. 2. Liemens raumenų statinės ištvermės (pilvo, nugaros, dešinės ir kairės pusių) vertinimas pagal McGill liemens testą. 3. Liemens stabilumo vertinimas naudojant „Stabilizer“ prietaisą. Darbo išvados: 1. Jauno amžiaus moterys raitelės jautė intensyvesnį juosmens-kryžmens nugaros dalies skausmą, nei jauno amžiaus vyrai raiteliai. 2. Jauno amžiaus moterys ir vyrai raiteliai turi vienodą liemens statinės ištvermės balansą. 3. Jauno amžiaus moterų raitelių liemens stabilumas blogesnis, nei jauno amžiaus vyrų raitelių. 4. Jauno amžiaus raitelių juosmens-kryžmens nugaros dalies skausmo intensyvumas tiesiogiai susijęs su statinės liemens raumenų ištvermės balansu ir liemens stabilumu.
