Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Health care organizations and systems have increasingly invested in prevention efforts and addressing upstream social determinants of health. Some of these institutions have worked to develop their role as “anchor institutions”: socially responsible entities that leverage their resources to build community wealth. A scoping review was completed to explore the state of the literature on health care organizations adopting “anchor practices” and more broadly investing in community needs. In total, 81 articles were included in the scoping review, which reflect academic articles and grey literature or reports with an analytical focus on health care organizations and systems adopting an anchor mandate or similar practices. Findings suggest there is a limited evidence base of health care organizations and systems adopting anchor mandates. The results of this research can help to spark health care organizations to think beyond their four walls and create shared value for their organization and the community.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
