La imagen muestra una noticia acerca de la moralidad, en la cual se dice que el germen productivo de la felicidad de los hombres, de la dicha y engrandecimiento de las sociedades es la moralidad, con lo cual los ministros de la religión son los encargados del sagrado ministerio de moralizar a los pueblos, no solo enseñando desde la oralidad sino también con ejemplos para poner en practica y los preceptos de las leyes divinas y humanas han sido y serán insuficientes para hacer que los célibes sean modelos de buenas costumbres como lo demuestra la razón y la experiencia de todos los tiempos y de todos los lugares.
