Abstract
Debido a la llegada de los migrantes Venezolanos en los últimos años, se han venido presentando diversas problemáticas en los distintos sectores del país, quizá uno de los más afectados es el sector de la salud, en especial el Hospital Erasmo Meoz de la ciudad de Cúcuta, por lo tanto nos vimos en la tarea de centrar nuestra investigación en dicha entidad, analizando los efectos que la migración venezolano genera en el sistema de salud durante el año 2019, indagando acerca de los planes de acción que el gobierno y la administración municipal han implementado para la mitigación de los efectos migratorios en el área de salud, el método de investigación utilizado fue la hermenéutica jurídica, centrado en un enfoque mixto (tanto cuantitativo como cualitativo) ya que usamos fuentes de información documentales y técnicas experimentales con personal del Hospital.
