En este trabajo se hablará acerca de algunos procesos logísticos de la empresa Manitoba ltda. Como los son el Almacenamiento, Despacho y Fletes, con sus respectivos costos; se tratará, paso a paso, la importancia de cada unos de estos procesos dentro de la cadena de valor de la Compañía. Se iniciará haciendo una introducción acerca de cual es la importancia de cada proceso, analizado y mostrando la importancia de un buen manejo de los mismos; se presentará el estado actual de los costos de la Empresa, se realizarán recomendaciones que permitan un mejor uso de esos recursos. Específicamente en la parte de fletes se evaluarán dos posibles proyectos para mejorar la rentabilidad de los pedidos de la Compañía, logrando presentar soluciones para la toma decisiones
